What is Screencastify?

               Screencastify is a simple video screen capture software for Chrome. It is able to record all screen activity inside a tab, including audio so you can easily create a screencast for video tutorials, record presentations etc. Just press record and the content of your tab is recorded. It also supports desktop capturing, allowing you to record anything on your screen.

How to download 

First, Go to 

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screencastify-screen-vide/mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn or Open Chrom  to search Screencastify.

Second,  click  "Add  To Chrome"

Third, It will show like this and click " Add extensions”

Fourth, It will show like this. It mean the program is ready for using.  Click ‘X’ and click on screencastify icon.

 

Fifth, It will show like this and click “Next”

Sixth, It will show like this  and click “ Sign in” . In order to Sign in your Google Account.

 

Seventh, It will show like this .Put the “pass word” and click “sign in”.
 

Next, It will show like this and click “skip”

Finally,  It will show “how to use screencastify”

How to use "screencastify"

First, Click on screencastify Icon on the top right screen .It will show like this and  Now you can record your screen by click on " Record desktop"

Second, It will show like this and click “share”

Third, 1.It will show like this .
         
2.The program will count 3  2  1 and then start recording and 

  Click at the content page that we are going to save for teaching.

 When you stop recording, click “Stop sharing"

Next, It will show like this, so we can listen to our voice recording by it will record automatically and on the right side, it will record in drive automatically.

Finally, All your recording

How to use screencastify in classroom.

1. Open the videos that you are going to teach students from 
Screencastify.if the students don't understand, the teacher will 
explain more to them. 

2. We can use videos that we have already recorded in 
Screencastify to teach by we will record sound, picture or add 
video from youtube for teaching students when we are not in the 
classroom such as we have to go to visit our parents and we can't 
go to the classroom.

3. When the students don't understand subject matter, they can watch video again. And they will understand easily because they can see picture and hear sound from the videos.
